Linda and I had our driveway re-asphalted by Premier Paving on May 12th, 2020. We had worked with Nicole, the owner Luis’ assistant. They evaluated our driveway to give us an accurate cost, which we found acceptable. It was not the highest or the lowest cost. That said, we liked the professionalism of Nicole and her friendly manner. If we had a question she was not sure of, she got the answer back to us quickly. They were on time and finished in a few hours, leaving the area clean.

As things go, we had a problem develop before the 1 year anniversary. Their advertisement.stated “Customer Satisfaction guaranteed,” and so I trusted the company when a hole about 1 1/2 inches with a yellow sandy base surfaced.

I took digital pictures and forwarded them to Luis and to Craig at Suburban Seal Coat. Craig said it was not a problem to fix. That said, we had to wait until the weather warmed up and the paving crew was back to work. After contacting Luis, he said the men would come out the same day (Friday) which they did. They fixed the hole and several weeks later we had the driveway resealed and it looks good.

I called them for work that was a little out of the ordinary, I wanted them to come out with a roller and roll my lawn. It’s so bad I almost twist my ankle when I cut the grass. I received a VM from Luis and he said he has never done this type work but would give it a shot. We agreed to a price and I told him to go ahead when he can. It took him a while because he is busy doing his regular work and my project is outside the box. His guys arrived and did a great job for me and my neighbor.
